The Golden Meadow Lions boys basketball team tipped off their 2025 season tonight in a packed and loud Lions Den! Grand Isle came out firing, taking a 12–4 lead after one. But the Lions responded by locking in defensively and storming back to tie it up 17–17 at halftime. The second half was a back and forth battle as both teams traded buckets, but the Trojans managed to gain separation in the final 90 seconds.
